Auction-buyer pickup
Won a vehicle at a GovDeals, GSA Auctions, DLA or U.S. Marshals sale? Send the lot number, the release paperwork and the delivery address. We schedule the gate, put non-runners on a winch truck and take photos at both ends.
State, county and school fleets
Counties and districts sell surplus on GovDeals and post occasional yard-to-yard requests. We quote in a day and haul on our own trucks.
GSA Fleet marshalling
GSA Fleet sells vehicles through regional auction-and-marshalling contractors, and transportation is a separate, subcontractable line. That is carrier-method capacity we want to supply in the Carolinas and Georgia.
Seized and surplus legs
Seized-property and surplus programs move vehicles through national contractors and local vendors. We subcontract Southeast legs and haul for the buyers.
What we will and will not claim.
Direct federal prime awards for vehicle transport are rare, and they are usually bundled into marshalling contracts. Our path is auction-buyer pickups, state and county requests, and subcontracting to the primes once our federal registrations are active. That is a real book of work for a regional car hauler, and it is the one we are building.
Straight answers
Can you pick up a vehicle I bought at a government auction?
Yes. Buyers at GovDeals, GSA Auctions, DLA Disposition and U.S. Marshals sales arrange their own pickup. We handle the release paperwork and scheduling, put non-runners on a winch truck, and deliver with a photo inspection at both ends.
Are you registered in SAM.gov?
Not yet. SAM.gov, DFTS and the GSA freight approvals are in progress as next steps. Until they are active, we work government vehicles as a carrier for auction buyers and as a subcontractor, and we will say here when that changes.
Do you hold a GSA Schedule?
No, and no car hauler does: there is no Multiple Award Schedule SIN for vehicle transport. Government vehicle moves under GSA's Freight Management Program are quoted as one-time-only requests to approved transportation service providers.
Do you move state, county and school fleet vehicles?
Yes. Yard-to-yard moves, surplus to auction, and upfitter to agency, on our own car haulers with photos at both ends. Send the units, both addresses and the window.
