Who we serve · dealer groups

Your local dealer-trade truck.

Store-to-store trades, auction-to-frontline, customer home delivery and body-shop shuttles for dealer groups in Greenville, Spartanburg, Anderson, Charlotte, Asheville and Columbia, on a standing dealer-vendor agreement.

Why direct beats the marketplace

Fewer hands, faster answers, one truck that knows your lots.

One call, no per-move paperwork

A standing dealer-vendor agreement replaces the marketplace posting, the bidding wait and the carrier you have never met.

The photo record

Timestamped inspection photos at both ends on the eBOL, shared with your used-car director with the POD. Damage disputes get settled by the record, not by memory.

Responsiveness as a standard

Dealers who leave national marketplaces say the same thing: they want a carrier who answers within minutes. Dispatch answers calls and texts during business hours and confirms every pickup in writing.

Already on your lanes

South Carolina takes in more vehicles than it sends out, and we are based where I-85 and I-26 cross. Inbound from Darlington, Statesville, Atlanta and Charlotte is our daily run.

What we move for dealers

From the auction lane to the frontline.

  • Dealer trades, store to store, inside and between groups
  • Auction to frontline: Manheim Darlington, Statesville, Atlanta, Charlotte; ADESA; CarMax; Copart and IAA for salvage buys
  • Customer home delivery with a signed delivery inspection
  • Body shop, detail and PDI shuttles on a schedule
  • Upfitter and accessory shop round trips
  • Off-site storage lot rotation and lot balancing before month end
  • Non-runners and no-key units with a winch

We would rather hand you the phone number of a used-car director we haul for than write a testimonial ourselves. Ask for references with the carrier packet; the packet also has our insurance summary, authority letter and equipment list for your vendor file.

Questions used-car directors ask

Straight answers

What is a dealer-vendor agreement?

A standing agreement between the dealership or group and Prime Trans that sets rates, insurance, claims terms and billing once, so every later move is a phone call or a text, not a signature.

How fast can you move a trade?

Same day inside the Greenville–Spartanburg–Anderson triangle when the unit is released by noon; next day for Charlotte, Asheville and Columbia. Exact windows are in your agreement.

Do you photograph the cars?

Every panel, the odometer and the interior at pickup and again at delivery, timestamped on the electronic bill of lading and sent to your used-car director with the POD. That record has settled more false damage claims than any conversation.

Can you pick up from Manheim, ADESA, Copart and IAA?

Yes, with the gate pass and buyer paperwork you send us, including non-runners with a winch.

Send the first trade.

Or send a week of them and let us price the lane.
