Questions risk managers ask

Straight answers

Can I get a certificate of insurance today?

Request it on the carrier-packet page with your exact legal name and mailing address. Certificates are issued by our insurance agent, usually within one business day, and can name you as additional insured on auto liability where your agreement requires it.

What is your safety rating?

Not rated (FMCSA New Entrant; no rating assigned as of 2026-09-20). FMCSA assigns ratings through compliance reviews, and newer carriers usually have none. Our roadside record is public on SAFER under USDOT 4120654: Vehicle out-of-service rate 13.3% against a national average of 22.26%; driver out-of-service rate 0% against 6.67% (24 months to 20 September 2026).

How do you handle a damage claim?

Report within 24 hours to dispatch with the eBOL number. We acknowledge within 48 hours with the pickup and delivery photo sets and resolve it on a written target date. Carmack liability applies; cargo coverage is $1,000,000 per load and $350,000 per vehicle.

Do you re-broker loads?

Not vehicle loads. Open car hauling you book with us runs on our own trucks, under our authority and our insurance. Our broker authority, which is pending, is for freight and enclosed moves our trucks don't carry, and you're told which is which before you book.

Need the documents, not the summary?

The packet has the W-9, a sample COI, the authority letter, BOC-3, equipment list, references and our safety policy.
