Who we serve · 3PLs and brokers

An asset carrier that is easy to onboard.

If you place freight for a living, what you want from a small carrier is simple: clean authority, real insurance, a truck that shows up, and someone who answers the phone at four in the afternoon. Here is everything you need to put us in your system today.

What does a 3PL need to onboard a carrier?

A 3PL typically needs a signed carrier packet, a W-9, a certificate of insurance naming it as certificate holder, proof of active FMCSA operating authority, current safety scores, and banking details for payment. Most of it can be sent the same day the relationship starts.

What we are good for

Be specific and we will be reliable.

  • Carolinas vehicle capacityNine-car and three-car equipment, daily in the Upstate, most days into Charlotte and Atlanta.
  • Two scheduled long lanesCarolinas to Dallas and Houston three to four times a week; Carolinas to Minneapolis twice a week. Both directions, and the backhaul is the cheapest capacity we sell.
  • Dedicated and drop-trailerAward us a lane and we will staff it. That is the business we actually want.
  • Short-notice Upstate workWe are seventeen miles from Inland Port Greer and twenty from Manheim Greer.
What we will not do

Saves us both a phone call.

  • We do not double-broker. A load tendered to us is hauled by us or placed openly under our own brokerage authority with your knowledge.
  • We do not accept loads we cannot cover. If the trucks are committed, the answer in the first sentence is no.
  • We do not run hazmat, tanker or livestock. Not equipped, not permitted, not pretending.
  • We do not quote a rate we intend to renegotiate at the dock. The rate confirmation is the rate.

Honest scope: we are 6 trucks. We will never be your surge capacity for fifty loads on a Friday. We can be the carrier you stop worrying about on a lane you place every week, and that is a better relationship for both of us.

Questions shippers ask

Straight answers

Are you set up in RMIS?

Our registration status across the major carrier programmes is listed in plain language on the compliance page, including which ones are still pending. We would rather show you a pending line than claim a registration we do not hold.

Do you factor your invoices?

No. There is no factoring company, no assignment letter and no third party to route payment through, which removes one of the more common sources of payment confusion.

Can you provide tracking?

Yes — ELD tracking as standard, Trucker Tools or MacroPoint on request, and check calls at pickup, midpoint and delivery if your customer needs them. Ask at tender rather than after dispatch.

What is your claims process?

Report within twenty-four hours, acknowledged within forty-eight, handled under Carmack liability with the eBOL photographs from both ends as the record. The full process is written out on the compliance page.

A unit on the lot costs you every day it sits there.

Tell us the origin, destination, units per week and first pickup date. A written quote comes back the same business day.
