Service · dedicated lanes

Put Prime Trans on a lane.

Two or more loads a week on the same origin and destination is a lane. A lane gets assigned trucks, a backup, a 12-month rate with a fuel-surcharge table, and a review every quarter.

What we commit

Capacity you can plan around.

Assigned trucks

Named units and drivers on your lane, a backup truck, and surge capacity through vetted owner-operators we dispatch ourselves.

Service standard

An on-time pickup and delivery target written into the agreement, measured every month and reported to you. Most shippers set the bar at 95%; our measured rate is [on-time %].

Visibility

ELD-linked tracking on every load, eBOL with timestamped photos, and a daily status email to your transportation contact.

Damage and claims

Our measured damage-free rate is [damage-free %]. Report within 24 hours, acknowledged within 48, settled in [days] days target, Carmack liability, cargo $1,000,000.

Rate structure

Per unit or per loaded mile plus a fuel-surcharge table tied to the DOE index, accessorials listed, 12-month term, quarterly review, tender acceptance tracked.

Compliance

MC and USDOT, insurance summary, safety rating, years in business and references, all in the proposal so procurement has nothing to chase.

How it starts

A trial, not a leap.

  1. 01

    Send the lane

Origin, destination, units per load, loads per week, hours, any gate or dock rules. We return a one-page proposal and rate sheet in two to three business days.

  2. 02

    60–90 day trial

Lower-priority freight on your terms. Score on-time, communication, claims frequency and invoice accuracy. We send the photo record with every POD so scoring is easy.

  3. 03

    Award and review

Master transportation agreement, primary or backup designation, quarterly review with the numbers on the table. Renewal is a conversation, not a re-bid.

What a proposal contains

One page plus a rate sheet.
