Whatever you are moving, we run that lane.
Our own trucks and our own drivers, based where I-85 and I-26 cross. Vehicles are the biggest share of what we haul — dealer trades, auction runs, fleet moves, non-runners on a winch — and the same trucks run dry van, reefer, step deck, flatbed and RGN lowboy on the lanes we hold every week. Carolinas daily, Texas three to four times a week, the Upper Midwest twice a week.
Written quote the same business day.

The trucks behind the promise.
Our own power, our own drivers. Nothing on this site is a truck we do not run or dispatch under our authority — and no picture on it is a photograph of one, which is why every frame says so.

Density at home, long lanes on a schedule.
Spartanburg sits where I-85 and I-26 cross, so the Carolinas run is dense. Beyond it we hold two long lanes we can actually sell you capacity on, because we run them whether or not you tender.
Home base is the Upstate of South Carolina, where I-85 and I-26 cross, so the Carolinas are day-trip work. Beyond that we hold two lanes on a schedule and run them whether or not you tender.
Carolinas to Texas
Southbound and northbound are both sold, so the return leg is capacity you can buy rather than an empty we eat.

How this actually works.
Written to be useful whether or not you ever hire us. If one of these talks you out of the service you were about to buy, it has done its job.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Prime Trans LLC is an FMCSA-registered interstate motor carrier, MC 1575910 / USDOT 4120654, with auto liability of $1,000,000 and cargo coverage of $1,000,000. A certificate of insurance naming you as certificate holder is one request away.
Do you haul from Copart, IAA, Manheim and ADESA?
Yes. We run auction-to-lot and auction-to-frontline moves every week, handle gate passes and non-runners with winch capability, and photograph every unit at pickup and delivery on the eBOL.
Do you do dealer trades?
Dealer trades are our core direct work: store-to-store transfers, auction-to-frontline, customer home delivery and body-shop or PDI shuttles, under a standing dealer-vendor agreement so nobody signs paperwork per move.
Do you work with government fleets?
We are set up for it: [SAM.gov: active / pending], NAICS 484230, and we quote GSA one-time-only vehicle moves, subcontract on GSA Fleet marshalling and seized-vehicle contracts, and pick up for buyers at DLA, USMS, GSA and GovDeals sales. We bid as a regional carrier and subcontractor, not a national prime.
How fast do you quote?
Same business day for a written lane quote. Dedicated-lane proposals with a rate sheet, fuel-surcharge table and capacity plan take two to three business days.
Where do you run?
Home base is Spartanburg, SC. Everyday lanes cover the I-85 corridor from Atlanta to Charlotte, I-26 from Asheville to Charleston, I-77 to Columbia, and the auctions, rail ramps and ports on those corridors. Longer moves are quoted case by case.
A unit on the lot costs you every day it sits there.
Tell us the origin, destination, units per week and first pickup date. A written quote comes back the same business day.
