Honest scope: reefer is capacity we sell on the lanes we already run, not a nationwide temperature-controlled network. If your freight needs a sealed, audited, food-grade-only trailer that never hauls anything else, ask us before you tender and we will tell you straight whether we qualify.
Straight answers
What temperature ranges do you run?
Frozen through fresh produce and protein ranges. Tell us the set point and whether the load runs continuous or cycle-sensing, and we confirm it on the rate confirmation before the truck rolls.
Do you provide a temperature record?
Yes. The reefer download for the run comes with the proof of delivery, and we photograph the set point at pickup and delivery on the eBOL.
Are you food-grade?
We wash out between loads on request and carry the wash-out receipt. Say at booking if your receiver requires a specific wash or a sealed trailer, and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
Which lanes have reefer capacity?
The scheduled ones: Carolinas to Dallas and Houston three to four times a week, and Carolinas to Minneapolis twice a week. Backhaul capacity on those lanes is the cheapest capacity we sell.
Have reefer freight on one of our lanes?
Send the two ends, the set point, the weekly volume and the pickup window.
